Welcome to FIFA 1904! When we use the term "we", "us", "our "or "FIFA 1904", we are referring to VFILES Unlimited LLC, and our affiliated companies. FIFA 1904's Terms of Use describe how you visit or make a purchase from fifa1904.com and our FIFA 1904 App (collectively, the "Site"). We believe you will have a great shopping experience at FIFA 1904. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when purchasing our products and using our Site.

1. GENERAL

1.1 FIFA 1904 is located in the United States ("USA"). By displaying products on the site, FIFA 1904 is making an offer to sell such products only to those who are legally capable of accepting and do accept such offer in USA on the terms and conditions set out herein. If you place an order for products shown on the Site, your order will be deemed an acceptance in USA of such offer pursuant to these Terms of Use. By visiting our site, you can place orders for our Products and utilize the services we offer through our Site ("Services").

1.2 The information provided on this site is not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation thereof or of any place or which may subject FIFA 1904 and its affiliates to any regulatory requirement within such jurisdiction or country.

2. USE OF THE SITE

2.1 Age of Users

By registering an account with our Site you are making a statement, upon which we are entitled to rely, that you have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside and are capable of forming a legally binding contract. FIFA 1904 does not intend the Site to be viewed or used by individuals under the age of majority without the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. 2.2 License and Site Access

FIFA 1904 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and make non-commercial use of the Site in accordance with and subject to the Terms of Use and not to download (other than page caching) or modify the Site or any portion of the Site, except with the express written consent of FIFA 1904. FIFA 1904 also grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to create and display a hyperlink to the home page of the Site in accordance with and subject to the Terms of Use so long as the link does not portray FIFA 1904, its affiliates or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner.

2.3 Prohibited Uses of the Site

You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes on the rights of FIFA 1904 or any of its affiliates. Notwithstanding any other rights or restrictions in these Terms of Use, you may not use the Site to: (a) transmit via or through the Site any information, data, text, images, files, links, or software except in connection with your authorized use of the Site or otherwise in response to specific requests for information by us; (b) introduce to the Site or any other computer or web site viruses, worms, Trojan horses and/or harmful code; (c) obtain unauthorized access to any computer system; (d) impersonate any other person, including but not limited to, a registered user of the Site or an employee of us; (e) invade the privacy or violate any personal or proprietary right (including intellectual property rights) of any person or entity; (f) misrepresent the identity of a user or use a false e-mail address; (g) tamper with or obtain access to the Site or any component of the Site; (h) conduct fraudulent activities; or (i) collect or harvest information regarding other users of the Site for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for sending such users unsolicited commercial e-mail.

Any unauthorized use of the Site or any portion or derivative thereof by, on behalf of or through you shall terminate any license or permission granted to you by FIFA 1904, and if any of your action causes losses to FIFA 1904, FIFA 1904 expressly reserves the right to claim damages and/or apply for other legal remedies.

2.4 Termination of Access

You agree that FIFA 1904 may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of the Site and your App account without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: (1) attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site or assistance to others attempting to do so,(2) attempting to overcome software security features limiting use of or protecting any content available on the Site,(3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service available on or through the Site,(4) violations of these Terms of Use or applicable law,(5) failure to pay for purchases,(6) suspected or actual copyright or trademark infringement,(7) unexpected operational difficulties, or (8) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies.

YOU AGREE THAT NONE OF FIFA 1904, ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES (EACH A "FIFA 1904 PARTY") WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

3.1 In order to access some features or services available on the Site, you may have to establish an account, username and password. You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your Account and the information you hold for your Account, including your password, as well as any activity that occurs under your Account. In no event will we be liable for any loss, theft or fraudulent use of your Account. You agree to notify FIFA 1904 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account, username or password or any other breach of security with respect to the Site. You may not use anyone else's account, username or password at any time. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site. You may not authorize any other person to use your account, username or password. You agree to provide FIFA 1904 with accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your billing information as prompted in the registration process, and to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You may update your account information by clicking on the "My Account" link on the Site. You agree that you shall monitor your Account to restrict use by minors, and you will accept full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the Site by minors.

3.2 If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and/or cancel your orders at our discretion, including when we believe that your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests. If your User Account is discontinued by FIFA 1904 due to your violation of any portion of these Terms of Use or for conduct otherwise deemed inappropriate, then you agree that you will not attempt to re-register with or access the Site through use of a different member name, user account or otherwise. You may terminate your User Account at any time, for any reason, by following any applicable instructions within the Site, or by contacting us as described in the "Contact Us" section below, and we will remind you of the risks of terminating your User account. If your account holds promotional points, Coupons or Store Credit at the time of termination or cancellation of your User Account, you may lose the ability to use those assets, except as provided by applicable law, if you do not reach out to hi@fifa1904.com. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIFA 1904 will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any suspension or termination of your User Account.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION

4.1 Product Descriptions

Products shown on the Site may contain descriptions that are provided directly by the manufacturer of such products. FIFA 1904 attempts to be as accurate as possible. The information on the Site is believed to be complete and reliable; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. FIFA 1904 does not represent or warrant that the descriptions of any products shown on the Site (including personal care products) are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If FIFA 1904 finds any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, we reserve the right to correct them.

4.2 Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Services. However, because the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be an accurate depiction of the color of the product you selected to purchase.

5. PRICE

5.1 All product prices listed on the Services are exclusive of shipping charges and local sales and use tax and other taxes or fees (where applicable) which will be charged to you separately at the applicable rate on each order. At FIFA 1904, we cannot confirm the final cost of a product until your order is confirmed. The price for a product may change at any time, but (other than as set out above) changes shall not affect the orders for which we have sent an order confirmation email. Also, despite FIFA 1904's best efforts, a small number of the products on the Site may inadvertently display incorrect prices. If the price for the product on the Site is incorrect and is actually higher than the price provided at the time of purchase, then, at the sole discretion of FIFA 1904, FIFA 1904 may either (a) contact you for instructions before shipping the product or charging you for such product or (b) cancel the order for such product and notify you of such cancellation.

5.2 FIFA 1904 will have the right to cancel any orders for products that have been listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, that contain other incorrect information or typographical errors or that are unavailable for any reason. FIFA 1904 will have this right regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or whether your credit card or other payment service has been charged. If your credit card or payment service has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FIFA 1904 will issue a credit to your credit card or payment service in the amount of the charge.

5.3 If you detect an error in your order after the completion of the payment process, you should immediately contact hi@vfiles.com to correct the error.

5.4 Discounts. Different forms of discounts may be offered throughout the Site from time to time.

6. ORDER

6.1 Credit cards are subject to verification and authorization by the card issuer. If you made a purchase through your User Account, your purchase and order history are available in the "My Orders" section of your User Account.

6.2 Sending of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Product. The acceptance (or the refusal) by FIFA 1904 shall be sent to you via e-mail at the address provided by you in the order confirmation.

6.3 Title to products and risk of loss of products, passes to you upon delivery to the carrier selected by FIFA 1904 to deliver your order.

6.4 You are obligated to take delivery of any products you order notwithstanding that the quantity delivered may be less than the quantity ordered, provided that any amount charged to you shall be adjusted to reflect such lower quantity. Any such discrepancy in quantity shall not be deemed a material change of the terms of sale nor a breach or repudiation of FIFA 1904's agreement to sell products to you.

6.5 Any legitimate claims arising from loss or damage during delivery of the order by the carrier to your delivery address must be made to fifa1904cs@vfiles.com within fourteen (14) days after your received the goods or should have received the goods (in case of lost goods). If we determine that your claim is valid, at our discretion, we will either replace the item that was damaged or lost during shipment (subject to availability and using the same shipping method without additional shipping costs, and subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth herein), or we will reimburse you for the purchase price and shipping cost paid (provided that the shipping cost did not include other items that were delivered without damage).

7. RETURNS

7.1 FIFA 1904 accepts returns of most products with product quality problems or products which do not conform with product descriptions, in accordance with the terms and conditions posted from time to time at "Return & Refund Policy."

7.2 Replacement or repair of returned products will be made in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy. Any refunds provided pursuant to the Refund Policy will be made in the form of cash or store credit which depends on the return options the customer chooses.

7.3 Unless otherwise described in the Return and Refund Policy, the refund will not cover customs, taxes, or any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process.

8. PAYMENT

8.1 Methods of Payment

FIFA 1904 offers a variety of payment methods on the Site for the convenience of customers. Please note that each of the payment methods discussed may not be available at all times. You agree to pay all fees incurred in connection with your purchases at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Methods of Payment are subject to additional terms and conditions set out in the PAYMENT METHOD, which may change from time to time with or without notice.

8.2 Taxes

You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to sales and use taxes) and other governmental fees, customs duties, charges, penalties, interest, and additions to such taxes that are imposed on you upon or with respect to the transactions and payments under these Terms of Use. Unless otherwise specified in each purchase, the listed product prices are exclusive of sales and use taxes. With respect to each of your purchases, FIFA 1904 will automatically charge and collect any applicable taxes that it deems required in any applicable jurisdiction.

8.3 Currencies

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE TO CUSTOMERS RESULTING FROM CHANGES IN CURRENCY RATES. In no event will any FIFA 1904 Party be liable for fees or charges payable in connection with currency exchange or for any losses incurred as a result of fluctuations in currency exchange rates.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 Copyright

All content included on the Site, including text, articles, design, graphics, logos, user interfaces, button icons, images, photographs, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, and other material on the Site ("Content") is the property of FIFA 1904 or its licensors, product suppliers or content suppliers (including users who supply Content) and is protected by applicable copyright laws. The design, selection, arrangement, coordination and compilation of all Content on the Site are the exclusive property of FIFA 1904 and are protected by applicable copyright laws. All software used on the Site is the property of FIFA 1904 or its software suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws and/or other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Trademarks

The trademark FIFA 1904 and other trademarks, service names, logos, designs, phrases, page headers, button icons, and scripts used by FIFA 1904 in connection with the Services, are trademarks, service marks, and trade dress of FIFA 1904 (collectively, the "Marks") in the world. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos used in FIFA 1904's site are our property or that of their respective owners. No permission is given by FIFA 1904 in respect of the use of any such trademarks, get-up, product names, company names, logos or titles and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights. All other trademarks not owned by FIFA 1904 that appear in connection with products offered on the Services are the property of their respective owners, who may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by FIFA 1904.

10. SUBMISSION OF REVIEWS AND OTHER USER CONTENT

10.1 Where allowed on the Site, users or other persons may submit reviews, articles, comments, suggestions for improvement, contest entries and other Content to the Site or users may offer or disclose Content, ideas or other materials to FIFA 1904 in connection with the Site (each such submission, offer or disclosure being a "Submission"). Submissions are prohibited from being deleted and users authorize FIFA 1904 to use the Submissions and images on other platforms or social media without explicit consent. Users are responsible for all contents they upload. The User shall be fully liable for any damage or loss caused by any third party's claim or resulting from the uploading or Posting of the above content on the FIFA 1904's site.

10.2 FIFA 1904 has the right but not the obligation to monitor, edit, move or remove any activity, Content or Submission on the Site. However, FIFA 1904 does not regularly review Submissions, and is entitled to presume that all Submissions comply with these Terms of Use. However, FIFA 1904 is obliged to remove content that violates laws and regulations and infringes on the rights of others.

10.3 You agree that by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or otherwise submitting, offering or disclosing a Submission you are: (1) unconditionally granting FIFA 1904, its affiliates and sub-licensees permission, without compensation to you or any third party, to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their businesses (including, without limitation, the Site), including, without limitation, the transferable, non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, fully sub-licensable right and license to use, copy, excerpt, distribute, disclose, transmit, display (publicly or otherwise), perform (publicly or otherwise), publish, reproduce, edit, create derivative works from, translate, reformat, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt your Submission in any manner, for any purpose, without restriction and in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed and to use and publish in connection with your Submission your name, image, and other personal information, to the extent submitted by you in connection with your Submission; and (2) unconditionally granting to each user of the Site a non-exclusive license to access your Submission through the Site and to tag, rate, review, comment on, use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Submission as permitted through the functionality of the Site and under these Terms of Use.

11. USER PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY

FIFA 1904 is committed to protecting personal information with you to ensure that your privacy is fully respected and protected. FIFA 1904 will comply with applicable laws and regulations to protect your rights to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw authorization. At the same time, FIFA 1904 will adopt encryption technology, anonymous processing, and other security measures that match the products and services to protect the security of your personal information. 12. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND APPLICATION

The Site may contain links, hypertext links, log-in interfaces and other connections to third-party websites and applications (including, without limitation, websites, widgets, software and other software utilities) ("Application(s)"). Such Applications may be owned or operated by third parties that are not related to, associated with or sponsored and controlled by FIFA 1904. Applications are provided solely as a convenience to you and FIFA 1904 is not responsible for and does not sponsor, approve or endorse the content of Applications or its operator. By using Applications, you acknowledge and agree to the following: (1) if you use an Application to share information about you, your actions on the Site or relating to your FIFA 1904 account, you are consenting to such information being shared; (2) your use of an Application may cause personally identifying information to be publicly disclosed and/or associated with you, even if FIFA 1904 has not provided such information; and (3) your use of an Application is at your own option and risk and you will hold the FIFA 1904 Parties harmless from any sharing of information about you, your actions on the Site or relating to your FIFA 1904 account that results from your use of an Application. In addition, each Application's end-user license agreement, terms of use, privacy policy and any other documentation or materials designated by the Application will govern your use of that Application. If you revoke an Application's access to your FIFA 1904 account, information shared prior to revocation may continue to be viewable within, or otherwise continue to be used by, the Application depending on the policies of such Application. The FIFA 1904 Parties do not take any responsibility for the performance of any Application or the use of any information shared with any Application.

13. COMMUNICATIONS

13.1 The communications between you and FIFA 1904 may take place via electronic means, including emails, SMS, WhatsApp, Kakao, Line, etc. Unless otherwise provided, you consent to receive communications from FIFA 1904 through electronic means. FIFA 1904 will communicate with you through electronic means or by posting notices on the Site. In the event where you elect not to provide any direct method of communication to FIFA 1904 and strictly rely on notices posted on the Site by FIFA 1904 for communication purposes, you acknowledge and agree that FIFA 1904 shall have no obligation to contact and/or communicate with you directly for whatever purposes; and where loss, cost, damage, expense and/or liability of any kind are incurred (whether directly or indirectly) as a result of your election, FIFA 1904 shall be indemnified and held harmless by you for and against all such loss, cost, damage, expense and/or liability of any kind.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

14.1 YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR RISK. THE INFORMATION, MATERIALS, CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. WITH RESPECT TO OUR PRODUCTS, THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION OF THE MERCHANDISE CONTAINED ON OUR ORDER CONFIRMATION. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW.

14.2 FIFA 1904 WORKS TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS ACCURATE AND UP TO DATE. HOWEVER, FIFA 1904 CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS FREE FROM ERRORS OR OMISSIONS AND FIFA 1904 MAKES NO WARRANTY, AND SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY, IN RESPECT OF THE SAME. FIFA 1904 RESERVES THE RIGHT TO UPDATE AND/OR CORRECT THE CONTENTS OF THE SITE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY.

14.3 YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIFA 1904 BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES OR COSTS DUE TO LOSS OF PRODUCTION OR USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR MANAGEMENT TIME, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INCOME OR SALES, OPERATING LOSS, LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONTRACTS, LOSS OF FORECAST SAVINGS, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, IN EACH CASE WHETHER OR NOT FIFA 1904 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS, INTERACTIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER USERS OR THIRD-PARTY SELLERS OF THE SERVICES, ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SUCH DAMAGES FROM: (A) THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED; OR MESSAGES RECEIVED THROUGH THE SERVICES; (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, LOSS OF, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (D) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (E) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATED TO THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, COPYRIGHT, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

15. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

15.1 Applicable Law

The Site is controlled, operated and administered by FIFA 1904 from its offices within Los Angeles and New York and is not intended to subject FIFA 1904 to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of Los Angeles and New York. By visiting the Site, you agree that the laws of United State of America, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and FIFA 1904 or any other FIFA 1904 Party.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim relating in any way to the Site (including, without limitation, your visit to and use of the Site), to your Submissions, to the licenses granted hereunder or to products you purchase through the Site shall be submitted to confidential binding arbitration under laws of USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate the intellectual property rights of FIFA 1904 or any affiliate or licensor of FIFA 1904, FIFA 1904 may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any appropriate jurisdiction and court. Arbitration shall be conducted under UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules by United States Arbitration Centre. There shall be one (1) arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The place of arbitration shall be California. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and any non-English language documents presented at such arbitration shall be accompanied by an official certified English translation thereof. The arbitrator shall state the reason upon which the award is based.

15.3 Informal Dispute Resolution

You and FIFA 1904 agree to try to resolve any dispute informally before resorting to arbitration. You and FIFA 1904 therefore agree that before either party commences arbitration against the other (or initiates an action in small claims court if a party so elects), we will personally meet and confer telephonically or via video conference, in a good faith effort to resolve informally any dispute covered by this arbitration agreement ("informal dispute resolution conference"). If you are represented by counsel, your counsel may participate in the conference, but you will also participate in the conference. The party that intends to initiate an informal dispute resolution meeting shall send a notice to the other party using its own email address. The notice must include: (1) your name, telephone number, mailing address, e-mail address associated with your account (if you have one); (2) the name, telephone number, mailing address and e‐mail address of your counsel, if any; and (3) a description of your dispute. The informal dispute resolution conference shall be individualized such that a separate conference must be held each time either party initiates a dispute, even if the same law firm or group of law firms represents multiple users in similar cases, unless all parties agree; multiple individuals initiating a dispute cannot participate in the same informal dispute resolution conference unless all parties agree. The statute of limitations and any filing fee deadlines shall be tolled while the parties engage in the informal dispute resolution conference process required by this section.

15.4 Individual Arbitration

All claims and disputes must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis and not on a collective basis. The claims of more than one customer or user cannot be combined or combined with the claims of any other customer or user in arbitration or litigation.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

16.1 Severability

If any of these terms or conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining portion of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.

16.2 Delay in Enforcement

No delay or failure to take action under these Terms of Use shall constitute any waiver by FIFA 1904 of any provision of these Terms of Use.

16.3 Complete Agreement

These Terms of Use and any other policies posted on the Site from time to time, constitute the complete agreement between you and FIFA 1904 with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all prior agreements or representations between you and FIFA 1904.

16.4 Indemnification

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR OWN EXPENSE, TO ASSUME THE EXCLUSIVE DEFENSE OF ANY MATTER OTHERWISE SUBJECT TO INDEMNIFICATION BY YOU. IN THAT EVENT, YOU WILL HAVE NO FURTHER OBLIGATION TO DEFEND US IN THAT MATTER.

FIFA 1904 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use from time to time without providing any prior notification.
